 ONLINE BAŞVURU İŞLEMLERİ

2023-2024 Eğitim Öğretim Yılı Uluslararası Öğrenci Başvuruları 10-23 Temmuz 2023 tarihleri arasında ODÜ-ULOS ve *TR-YÖS puanlarına göre online olarak yapılacaktır. Diğer Devlet üniversitelerinin YÖS Sonucuna göre yapılan müracaatlar işleme alınmayacaktır.

*TR-YÖS ile yapılan başvurularda sınav puanlarının değerlendirilmesinde 0,88 katsayısı uygulanır.

*Tıp Fakültesi ve Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi için 430 puan barajı, diğer lisans programları için 230 puan barajı bulunmaktadır. Ön lisans programları için baraj puanı 120’dir.

 

*2022 yılı ODÜ-ULÖS sınav sonucu ile başvuru yapmak isteyen öğrencilerin puanlarını aşağıdaki formüle göre hesaplayıp girmeleri gereklidir:

   2023 Başvuru Puanı = 100 (Taban Puan) + (2022 ODÜ-ULÖS Puanı x 4)

*Hatalı veya eksik beyandan aday sorumludur.

Başvurular sırasında adaylar kendilerinden istenen bilgileri dolduracaklar, belgeleri (Fotoğraf, Sınav Sonuç Belgesi) sisteme yükleyeceklerdir.

Şahsen veya posta ile müracaatlar kabul edilmeyecektir,

Başvuru sırasında belgeleriniz, beyanınız, puanınız kesinleşmiş ve doğru olmalıdır.

Başvuru sırasında yüklenen belgelerin asılları kesin kayıt sırasında kayıt görevlilerine teslim edilecektir.

Değerlendirmede eksik bilgi ve /veya belgeye rastlanan adayın başvurusu iptal edilecektir.

Başvuruda yüklenilen belgede yazılı bilgiler, okunur ve Başvuru Formuna yazılanla aynı olmalıdır.

E-posta adresiniz eksiksiz ve doğru olmalıdır.

Başvuru için herhangi bir ücret alınmamaktadır.

Her aday sadece bir başvuru yapabilir, bu başvurusunda en fazla 5 program / bölüm tercih edebilir. Birden fazla başvurusu olduğu tespit edilen adayların tüm başvuruları iptal edilir.

Tercih edilecek bölüm/programlara ait özel koşullar ve açıklamalar Kontenjan Tablosunda yer almakta olup dikkatlice incelenmesi önerilmektedir.

Başvuruların değerlendirilmesi Üniversitemiz Lisans ve Önlisans Programlarına Uluslararası Öğrenci Başvuru, Kabul ve Kayıt Yönergesinin ilgili maddelerine göre yapılır.

Diğer Devlet Üniversitelerinin YÖS Sonucuna göre Ordu Üniversitesi Uluslararası Öğrenci Kayıt Kabul yönergesinin 8. Maddesinin c) bendi gereğince, ODÜ-ULOS sonuçlarına göre yapılan yerleştirmeler sonucunda kontenjanların boş kalması durumunda ve Ordu Üniversitesi Yönetim Kurulu kararı ile 3. Yerleştirme yapılabilir.

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS

 

2023-2024 Academic Year International Student Applications will be made online between July 10-16, 2023 according to ODU-ULOS and *TR-YÖS scores. Applications made according to the YÖS results of other state universities will not be processed.

*For applications made according to the TR-YÖS result, a coefficient of 0.88 is applied in the evaluation of the exam scores.

*There is a 430 point threshold for the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Dentistry and a 230 point threshold for other undergraduate programs. The threshold score for associate degree programs is 120.

*Students who want to apply with the ODÜ-ULÖS exam result of 2022 must calculate and enter their scores according to the formula below:

   2023 Application Score = 100 (Base Score) + (2022 ODÜ-ULÖS Score x 4)

*The candidate is responsible for any incorrect or incomplete declaration.

During the applications, candidates will fill in the information requested from them and upload the documents (Photograph, Exam Result Certificate) to the system.

 

Applications in person or by mail will not be accepted,

 

Your documents, declaration and score must be finalized and correct at the time of application.

 

The originals of the documents uploaded during the application will be submitted to the registrar during the final enrollment.

 

If missing information and/or documents are found in the evaluation, the application of the candidate will be canceled.

 

The information written on the document uploaded in the application must be legible and the same as written on the Application Form.

 

Your e-mail address must be complete and correct.

 

There is no fee for the application.

 

Each candidate can make only one application and can choose a maximum of 5 programs / departments in this application. All applications of candidates who are found to have more than one application will be canceled.

 

The special conditions and explanations of the departments/programs to be preferred are given in the Quota Table and it is recommended to be examined carefully.

The evaluation of the applications is made according to the relevant articles of the International Student Application, Admission and Registration Directive for Undergraduate and Associate Degree Programs of our University.

According to the results of the YÖS (Foreign Student Examination) of other State Universities, in accordance with subparagraph c) of Article 8 of the Ordu University International Student Registration and Admission Directive, if the quotas remain empty as a result of the placements made according to the results of ODÜ-ULOS and with the decision of the Ordu University Board of Directors, 3rd Placement can be made.
